You make a lot of decisions during the day, not all of them will be correct or well received. Actions follow your thoughts and decisions, so don't look where you don't want to go. Act the way you want to become until become the way you act. Communicate consistently about what's going on with the company because happy employees make happy customers. Being a great leader means inspiring your staff and if you want to avoid criticism, say nothing, do nothing, be nothing
