First Things First

You have recognize that every out-front maneuver you make is going to be uncomfortable. If you hire people just because they can do the job, they’ll work for your money, but if you hire who believes, they’ll work for you with blood, sweat and tears. You aren't going to save the world on your own, but you might inspire a group of leaders that help.
