How many times did you have a idea and didn'f share it? Not sharing an idea with your team, boss or someone who can help you make it happen is a huge mistake. The idea is a starting point, it only gets better with the input of others. Ideas are easy, the implementation is hard. Not many companies have one founder and even the greatest minds in history had a team to help them.
