Your mind is going 1000 MPH all day and it needs a break. TAKE SOME ME TIME. Play a game of squash at lunch, go to the gym or put on your iTunes and go for a walk. Getting away from the office and forgetting about work will give your a day a boost. You'll be refreshed and psyched up for the rest of the day.
